Baybridge Park and Glencliff Parks Reservations

Reservations for the pavilions at both our community parks are  taken by the Community Development District CDD) field office. The field office can be reached at 920-4268 or via email at CDD@westchasecdd.com.

Reservation Fees: Residents $25.00 Non Resident $25.00 , Bouncy/Water Slide etc additional $25.00.

 Baybridge Park 10029 Bridgeton Dr. Tampa Fl 33626) has 4 pavillions  with electricity and water hook up., please note we no longer rent out Pavillion #1

Glencliff Park  (9311 Countryway Blvd.Tampa, Fl 33626) has 2 Pavillions with electricity and water hook up, as well as a soccer field and softball diamond.

Residents are asked to inform all guests to park in ways that do not obstruct traffic, driveways, egres or access to mailboxes.

 All residents are reminded to take all their overflow trash home with them as animals in the park will rip open distribut any trash left behind.
